When to use Mail-In Service Request :

Mail-In Service is recommended for functional faults or malfunctions involving internal disassembly and repair of the XPDL™ Drive, such as screen damage, abnormal steering, power failure, drive housing damage, and similar faults. For hull, electronic accessory, structural accessory, or similar issues, please contact the offline dealer where you purchased the product or the nearest service center.

Data Backup & Deletion

To protect your data assets, VoyaX may format internal storage data during inspection and repair. Prior to mailing the device for repair, please download the app, register or log in to your personal account, connect the device, and back up your personal data to avoid data loss during service.

Repair Mail-In Shipment :

To ensure that VoyaX can fully and accurately inspect the reported case, prevent additional damage, and reduce unnecessary loss during transportation, please use the original packaging. Before packing and sending the XPDL™ Drive for repair, please remove the following external structural parts: foot-pedal assembly, central storage box, propeller assembly, lower anti-collision fin, and drive support crossbeam. After removing the external structural parts, the XPDL™ Drive should be sent in the illustrated condition below.

If the XPDL™ Drive external structural parts are not removed as required, or if other non-standard logistics packaging is used without VoyaX confirmation and approval, additional damage may occur. The related cost will be borne by customers, and the service may also be delayed.

Repair Fee :

The repair fee will be determined based on the inspection result. If a component or product within the warranty period has a manufacturing defect, free repair or replacement service will be provided. For components or products outside the warranty, VoyaX will send you a quotation after inspection.

Shipping Fee :

After submitting a repair request, please make sure you receive the service order number before sending the product. Otherwise, your item may face a risk of loss, and any resulting loss will be borne by customers.

Shipping Policy: For approved warranty claims involving manufacturing defects, VoyaX will cover standard two-way shipping costs.
